<ul>
<li>Seeking an experienced technology-oriented digital marketing lead to plan and execute digital inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including setting goals and objectives, and managing ongoing activities</li>
<li>Lead and manage a team and budget</li>
<li>Analyze and continuously optimize the performance of paid campaigns (AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.) by closely monitoring and improving through A/B testing</li>
<li>Maintain and manage company website and apply SEO best practices</li>
<li>Run and manage intent, content syndication, and ABM programs</li>
<li>Communicate with regional owners and executive team on a regular basis to review campaign performance, and suggest additional online marketing strategies to improve conversion rates, CPA, category ownership, and engagement</li>
<li>Own the lead management process, proactively looking for opportunities to improve activities</li>
<li>Operate, implement, and maintain Marketing systems, including marketing automation tools, data integration tools, etc.</li>
<li>Manage automation around processes like forms, website automation, nurture emails, lead score, workflows, etc.</li>

<p> REQUIREMENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of proven work experience in B2B digital marketing with at least 1 year in management experience</li>
<li>Experience with marketing technology tools and methods</li>
<li>Proven track record in creating, executing, and managing inbound and ABM marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Experience managing and motivating third party suppliers</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of digital media platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, Quora, Outbrain</li>
<li>Expert knowledge in Google Analytics, HubSpot (mandatory), Salesforce</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively to optimize campaigns</li>
<li>Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written (English mother tongue - advantage)</li>
<li>Experience in cyber security (advantage)</li>
