The report, released January 30 2004, summarizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision-makers, providing an aggregated peer perspective alongside individual reviews of BAS solutions. According to Gartner ‘Voice of the Customer report’, Cymulate exceeds the market average in both Overall Experience and User Interest and Adoption, making it a “Customers’ Choice” in the BAS market.

The report is based on customer reviews posted in the 18 months leading up to November 2023. Cymulate’s 81 customer responses led all organizations included in the report, and the company’s average rating was a 4.7 out of 5 stars based on 81 reviews as of November 2023. 92% of respondents indicated a willingness to recommend Cymulate, which received a 4.6 in product capabilities, 4.7 in sales experience, and 4.5 in deployment experience. Moreover, Cymulate received a rating of 4.9 in support experience in our view, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service for both partners and customers.
