C# Developer

LOCATION

DESCRIPTION

  • Design and implement our product and infrastructure stack, including internal systems, user experience, and advanced security features.

REQUIREMENTS

Customer Success Engineer

LOCATION

  • New York, New York

DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain good customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty through maximizing the benefits and use of Cymulate services
  • Report to the VP of Customer Success and serve as the first point of contact for new and current customers
  • Ensure customers remain satisfied with the services by educating them about functional capabilities, new product features, and possible upgrades
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound inquiries
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and feature requests and report to the product manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Tech Support
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience with IT/security products such as Firewalls, DLP, AV, and Endpoint security solutions etc.
  • Strong analytical, written and oral communication including strong presentation and negotiation skills in dealing with customers all levels including management.
  • Experience working for an international SaaS/Web/Tech company – an advantage
  • Experience working for one of the large security product vendors – an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Resolve problems independently and understand escalation procedure

Field Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • We are looking for an energetic, pro-active, creative yet analytical North America Field Marketing and Channel professional.
  • He/she will be a critical team member responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to generate new leads, and work with the rest of the Cymulate team to get them to convert to opportunities.
  • This person will be tasked with driving pipeline and brand awareness through direct and through/to channel activities.  Identifying and generating opportunities to increase the company’s mindshare and share of wallet in the Breach and Attack Simulation technology space.
  • We are looking for candidates who have strong field marketing experience and knowledge of the cyber-security/SaaS market in North America with regards to vendors, partners, conferences , events, media and digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or bachelor’s degree with a specialization in marketing and communication
  • Minimum 3 years of related marketing experience
  • Experience in software companies, preferably security and/or SaaS
  • Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Proficient in excel and basic understanding of database management

Penetration Tester/ Security Researcher

LOCATION

DESCRIPTION

  • At Cymulate research lab you’ll be faced with complex security challenges.
  • Our main goal is to help our customers protect their environments through comprehensive real world automated penetration testing.
  • You are expected to quickly grasp new information, investigate new attack vectors and create POC's which will be then delivered into Cumulate security solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 Years' experience with RED team / Penetration Testing of Web applications, Client-Server apps, Infrastructures and Windows domain based networks.
  • Strong programming background in at least one of the following languages: Python, C#, JS, C++
  • Deep understating of common hacking tools like : Metasploit Framework, Empire, NMAP, Burp Suite, SQLMap etc..

Sales Engineer

LOCATION

  • New York, New York
  • The position will operate from our NYC offices, travel within New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut is frequent, with nationwide travel less frequent but required. Occasional International travel is required (Passport required, but can be obtained after employment starts).

DESCRIPTION

  • Act as the technical resource to sales teams, including creating and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept.
  • Manage the technical relationship with customers before and during the sale. Continue managing the technical relationship in partnership with the Customer Success Team after the sale.
  • Keep the Product Development Team up to date with customer feedback and requests.
  • Advise sales teams, development teams, and leadership on technical matters/questions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least six years of technical experience, or three years if primarily cybersecurity

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for initiating contact with potential and current customers in Israel to generate and qualify leads, promote the company’s products and services, and identify sales opportunities. Sales Manager US

LOCATION

DESCRIPTION

  • Execute the Company’s sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting, and profiling
  • Owns the Executive relationships and responsible for understanding the customers’ business needs and direction
  • Be up to speed with all current events within the account, understand the political landscape, be able to manage relationships at all levels, and be able to map our solutions to help them meet their business objectives
  • Thoroughly assess the customer’s needs and present the appropriate solution, utilizing the region’s Solutions Engineer(s) as needed
  • Provide effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to assigned customers and prospects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five years of sales experience and success in selling high value, complex, and long sales cycle  enterprise software and/or high value services.
  • Proven and successful sales track record of quota attainment.
  • Effectively prospect and identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis and present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
