Technical Account Manager

LOCATION

  • Rishon Letsiyon, Israel

DESCRIPTION

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Technical Account Manager (IL office) to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs.
  • Maintain good customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty through maximizing the benefits and use of Cymulate services.
  • Interface with customers, partners, product management, R&D, marketing and more.
  • Provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least six years of technical experience, three years primarily in cyber security or equivalent experience as Technical Account Manager
  • Experience with the cybersecurity landscape (knowledge of common tools used, common terminology such as red team, pen testing, etc.)
  • Able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication including strong presentation and negotiation skills in dealing with customers all levels including management.
  • Experience working for an international SaaS/Web/Tech company – an advantage
  • Experience working for one of the large security product vendors – an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Resolve problems independently and understand escalation procedure
  • Ability to quickly adapt and master new technology
  • Must have - Relevant professional experience including working knowledge or high-level awareness of the following technologies:
    • Log Management and SIEM (e.g. Splunk, IBM QRadar, etc.)
    • Firewalls (e.g. PaloAlto Networks, Checkpoint, etc.)
    • Routers (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
    • Network Analysis Tools (e.g. Wireshark, etc.)
    • Endpoint Security (e.g. Carbon Black, Symantec, McAfee, Kaspersky, etc.)
    • Windows Management (e.g. SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, etc.)
    • Vulnerability Management (e.g. NeXpose, Tenable Nessus, etc.)

PREFERRED

  • Hands-on experience with pen-testing, SIEM, and/or other cybersecurity tools
  • Hands-on experience in the fields of red-team testing, Breach and Attack Simulation, or similar operations
  • Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux technologies
  • Knowledge of firewalls, web app firewalls, email systems (Office365, Gmail, etc.) and other networking and infrastructure tools
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS and/or Azure solutions
  • Knowledge of Penetration Testing Tools (e.g. Metasploit, Backtrack, Kali, etc.)
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound inquiries.

Customer Success Engineer

LOCATION

  • Rishon Letziyon, Israel

DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure customers remain satisfied with the services by educating them about functional capabilities, new product features, and possible upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound inquiries.
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and feature requests and report to the product manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Tech Support
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience with IT/security products such as Firewalls, DLP, AV, and Endpoint security solutions etc.

Product Manager

LOCATION

  • New York, New York

DESCRIPTION

  • Implement product roadmap, strategic planning, and collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders for all related software products.
  • Develop solutions and new features to meet industry needs.
  • Own relationships with customers and industry partners to provide feedback and create creative solutions to meet the needs of the market.
  • Drive revenue growth and perform detailed market analysis for strategic planning purposes.
  • Act as the technical resource, including creating and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept.
  • Advise sales teams, development teams, and leadership on technical matters/questions.
  • Manage the technical relationship with customers before and during the sale. Continue managing the technical relationship in partnership with the Customer Success Team after the sale.

Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION

  • New York, New York

DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and cultivate client relationships while achieving goals and revenue objectives
  • Continually track and report progress via CRM system activity/tasks/actions fields.
  • Monitor results against objectives, taking action where necessary
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Review incoming lead data from marketing automation and CRM systems daily in order to assess current MQL and SQL lead status

REQUIREMENTS

Penetration Tester/ Security Researcher

LOCATION

  • Rishon Letsiyon, Israel

DESCRIPTION

  • At Cymulate research lab you’ll be faced with complex security challenges.
  • Our main goal is to help our customers protect their environments through comprehensive real world automated penetration testing.
  • You are expected to quickly grasp new information, investigate new attack vectors and create POC's which will be then delivered into Cymulate security solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 Years' experience with RED team / Penetration Testing of Web applications, Client-Server apps, Infrastructures and Windows domain based networks.
  • Strong programming background in at least one of the following languages: Python, C#, JS, C++
  • Deep understanding of common hacking tools like : Metasploit Framework, Empire, NMAP, Burp Suite, SQLMap etc..
  • Understand basic concepts such as networking, applications, and operating system
  • Familiar with common security controls an organization has and how they work.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

LOCATION

DESCRIPTION

  • Leverage inbound (moving leads through the pipeline) and outbound leads to target qualified appointments and opportunities to generate revenue growth

REQUIREMENTS

LOCATION

  • The position will operate from our NYC offices, travel within New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut is frequent, with nationwide travel less frequent but required. Occasional International travel is required (Passport required, but can be obtained after employment starts).
