Organizations across Ukraine have been targeted by multiple wiper malware such as AcidRain, Bruh, CryWiper, HermeticWiper, CaddyWiper, IsaacWiper, Endurance, Fantasy, DoubleZero, Industroyer, and WhisperGate.
Threat actors have also used variants from the Azov and Somnia ransomware families to encrypt files but never deliver a decryption key.
The malicious software not only targeted IT environments but also OT environments.
